– take a comfortable position and relax. you can lie down on your bed, or you can sit in a comfortable place.

– don’t move! moving. you want your brain to think you’re sleeping so it shuts down your body.

– focus only on your affirmations, don’t focus on 3d or your body. just the mind. if you’re having trouble focusing, do a quick meditation before you try it. relax yourself.

– how long it will take you to enter the void is entirely based on your assumption. the emptiness is inside you. if you assume that this is the easiest thing in the world (which it is) then you will get there in minutes, or even seconds.

– congratulations! we were able. remember, you don’t need to say everything you want. a blanket statement like “I have everything I want” works like magic. the state of emptiness is instantaneous because you are literally a pure consciousness. at this point you are basically god (you always have divine power, even if there is no void.) let’s just assume that it’s easy and that it will be easier than it already is. you stand still and approve, how hard can that be?
